CTS Inc. assists clients in understanding and managing their compliance training and educational needs. Typically, an initial interview or assessment is completed with the client to determine site-specific needs, training program audiences, schedule and constraints. With this information, training programs are refined to meet the client’s expectations. Our training classes are designed to ensure key safety competencies are understood and duplicated by each student. This is accomplished with a combination of lecture, multi-media presentations, exercises and competency evaluations.
